Aldo's Italian Restaurant
Ristorante Aldo's is located at the former Copper Coffee Pot, where Santa Barbarans have been dining since 1927. The building dates back to the Janssens-Orella Adobe (1857), and is a city landmark in the National Register of Historic Places. Aldo's is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Dine outdoors in their heated fountain-courtyard or in their beautiful, classically-inspired dining room. Whether it is a relaxing glass of wine, a business lunch, a romantic dinner, or dessert and cappuccino after the show, you can be sure to receive excellent service and your meal will be prepared with great skill and care.

The fish, for instance, comes from the Santa Barbara Channel, while produce is grown in the surrounding countryside and meats and poultry come from local micro-ranches. Ca' Dario Ristorante is a local favorite and a must see for the city's visitor. The top rated food is overseen by the restaurant's colorful Executive Chef/Owner Dario Furlati. Hailing from Il Lago di Como, which is in northern Italy near Milan, Dario has been in kitchens nearly his whole life. He brings old world favorites such as our Ossobuco and Tagliatelle Bolognese to life in a traditional Italian Ristorante setting.
