26brix Restaurant is located in the historic area of the city, offering an atmosphere of casual elegance, enhanced by original wood floors, old brick and a stamped tin ceiling brought over from France in 1907. Open since June 2004, 26brix features a delicious merger of new American cuisine with French inspiration together with Walla Walla's abundant local agriculture and the wines of the flourishing region.

Its current location is ideal for grapes due to long, warm summers and cool nights; an average rainfall of 20 inches per year and fantastic cold air drainage. More than 15,000 wines were planted in May 2006 -- Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and numerous other vines are now six feet tall!

Amavi Cellars
Amavi Cellars is a family owned winery. Winemaker Jean-Francois Pellet has developed a reputation for elegant wines that are great buys when comparing price to quality. All of their estate vineyards are certified sustainable by the international IOBC based in Switzerland and are Salmon Safe. The tasting room was once an actual log cabin, which stood on managing partner Ray Goff's Montana ranch. The cabin dates back to the 1890s. Moved here piece by piece, it offers a true insight to "days gone by".

Ash Hollow
Ash Hollow is a boutique winery operation which focuses on producing ultra-premium quality wines. A sense of place is pervasive-the entire team focuses on producing wines that showcase the vineyards and the extraordinary terroir of Eastern Washington. Winemaking is minimalist and traditional with a new world attitude. The winemaking and viticulture teams strive to "make the wine in the vineyard," working toward growing grapes that will develop wines with little intervention. Balance is the key at Ash Hollow - nature with nurture, winemaking with winegrowing - to making wines with depth and character.
Backstage Bistro
Backstage Bistro serves a wide variety of food including steak, seafood, pasta and barbecue. The establishment is proud to have one of the largest selections of premium wines in the Northwest. With 250 to 300 different varieties to choose from, the servers will help patrons find their favorite wine. An espresso bar is also available. On Friday and Saturday evenings, Backstage Bistro features live musicians.
Balboa Winery
Balboa was started by Mike Sharon and Tom Glase with the intent purpose of bringing wine to the "masses." Tom uses all screw cap closures on all of his Balboa wines making it easy for everyone to enjoy the distinct wines of Washington. Tom works with the vineyard manager daily to pick his fruit when it is ready and is able to maintain a complete hands-on philosophy to his wine making approach. Balboa's goal is to make great wines that are a reflection not only of the varietals used but the soils they are grown in. The wines are bottled unfiltered to retain their truest character. Balboa works hand in hand with the growers throughout the growing season to ensure the highest quality grapes and believe that it shows in every bottle.

Caravaggio's
Caravaggio is a small municipality located in the Bergamo Province Region of Lombardy in Northern Italy, about 30 miles northeast of Milan. The Bossini family, owners of Caravaggio's, originated from this municipality. They decided to name the restaurant in order to reflect their Italian heritage, cuisine and roots. Their menu features variations of classic Italian dishes with a Northern Italy twist.

College Cellars
College Cellars of Walla Walla is a teaching winery located at the Center for Enology and Viticulture on the campus of Walla Walla Community College. The 15,000 square foot facility houses wine curriculum classrooms, a wine analysis laboratory, faculty offices, and the fully operational commercial winery. In addition, the building houses Walla Walla Community College's culinary arts program. College Cellars of Walla Walla is one of the only two-year teaching commercial wineries in the United States. The wines are crafted by students as a part of their study of the science of winemaking. Students hand-fill, cork and label all wines. The winery was bonded in September, 2003 and their first wine, a 2002 Sagemoor Vineyards Chardonnay, was released in May, 2004.

Cougar Crest Winery is an estate winery located in Walla Walla, Washington. The "Estate Grown" designation is an important feature of their winery. The food from CreekTown Café is always fresh, unique, approachable and most importantly, eclectic, reflecting the restaurant staff's diversity. The menus are seasonal, taking advantage of the most recent local harvests. The staff believes in the tradition of home-cooked quality meals, crafting all of their sauces and soups from scratch, as well as baking their desserts in-house daily.

CrossRoads Steakhouse and Lounge
CrossRoads Steakhouse and Lounge provides the absolute best view of the Blue Mountains for diners at its current location on the golf course. A new menu offering steaks, chicken, pork chops, seafood and pasta have proven to guests and visitors that it is worth the stop. With friendly staff providing great service, the restaurant is an easy and casual atmosphere. The patio overlooking the Blue Mountains range is open for outdoor dining during warm weather. Additionally, live music is available at least two weekends a month for listening and dancing. Minors are allowed until 10pm.
