The principle focus of Aussie Eats - located inside the Guesthouse Suites - is clearly meat pies. Australians eat more meat pies per capita than anyone else in the world. Owner and Queensland-native, Brian Hall, is continually introducing new Australian treats to augment his menu that also boasts pasties, seafood, and a thorough dessert list.

Blu Kitchen
You will feel as if you've traveled back in time to Old Italy. Tanino Drago grew up in a small town in Sicily. His father made the family's wine, cheese and olive oil. His mother made the fresh pasta and bread. Tanino it seems was destined to master the art of fine Italian cuisine. He worked at his uncle's trattoria and studied at the Giarre Culinary School. It all comes together beautifully at Tanino's in Westwood. The Renaissance-style building was designed by Paul Williams and built in 1929.

In February 2008, Fine Dining Restaurant Group, of Rendezvous Bistro & Q Roadhouse fame, brought a taste of Italy to Jackson Hole with the opening of Il Villaggio Osteria. Located inside the Hotel Terra which is the state's first LEED certified property and only the fifth in the United States. Highlights of the intimate restaurant are Il Villagio Osteria's 12-seat wine bar and eight seat salami bar, where guests can watch as imported meats and cheeses, sourced from the country's finest purveyors, are hand-sliced to order.
