Los Cabos, Mexico

The Los Cabos region of Mexico lies at the very southern tip of Baja California and is surrounded on three sides by bright blue seas, warm beaches, and iconic rock formations. It is home to the cities of San Josť del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. These two towns are only about a half hour apart making it easy for visitors to enjoy one, the other, and everything in between.

Soak up the sun on placid Lover's Beach, just east side of the Land's End arch. Remember to explore its counterpart, Divorce Beach, a short walk away on the Pacific. Snorkel with the fishes - and maybe even some sea turtles - at Chileno Beach. Arrive early and stake your claim under a palm leaf palapa hut. Meander through San Josť del Cabo's art scene and historic downtown on a Thursday art walk. View the intricate and delicate mosaics and stained glass windows at Mission of San Jose del Cabo church.

Whet your appetite with a tour of the organic gardens at Los Tamarindos farm. Then, sit down to a deliciously healthful meal at their restaurant or cook your own with a hands-on cooking class. Feel like family when you stop by the husband-and-wife owned Las Cazuelas del Don and try their delicious tortilla soup and hearty tortas.
