MVP Gold and MVP Upgrade Shopping

MVP Gold and MVP customers can shop for and request Mileage Plan Complimentary Upgrades at EasyBiz and still receive the lowest fare.

A gold "U" appears when upgrade seats are available and the fare selected qualifies only an MVP Gold customer for an immediate upgrade.

A half-gold, half-teal "U" appears when upgrade seats are available and the fare selected qualifies either an MVP Gold or MVP customer for an immediate upgrade in the regular shopping path.

MVP Gold and MVP customers can also search for only fares that qualify for an immediate upgrade with the shopping selections from the Cabin/Fare list: "MVP Comp Upgrade Fares" and "Gold Comp Upgrade Fares." The shopping path will provide the lowest available fares that still qualify for an immediate upgrade at the time of purchase.

A gold "U" will appear when upgrade seats are available in the Gold Comp Upgrade Fares path and a teal "U" will appear when upgrade seats are available in the MVP Comp Upgrade Fares path.

MVP Gold or MVP customers can still request an upgrade on fares that do not qualify for an immediate upgrade and on flights that do not have upgrade seats available. This request will be automatically processed according to the upgrade requirements of the customer's tier status.

Customers can monitor this request by accessing the "View/Change a Reservation" feature online.
