About E-Statements

E-Statements are your monthly Mileage Plan activity statement sent via e-mail. They contain the same information previously contained in paper Mileage Plan statements, plus links to great alaskaair.com features, special offers from Mileage Plan partners, and more. When you subscribe to E-Statements you'll also receive important account-specific communications via e-mail in addition to your statement.

You don't even have to log in to your account to access the information, simply save each E-Statement to your hard drive and you can retrieve your E-Statements any time you like.

In your monthly E-Statement you'll find:

• Key Mileage Plan information including Miles Earned, Miles Redeemed, and Current Balance
• Links to all kinds of services available at alaskaair.com?from buying tickets to current Mileage Plan promotions
• News and offers from Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, and partner airlines
• Progress bars that show progress in earning or renewing MVP or MVP Gold status
• Details of every flight, hotel stay, car rental, Mileage Plan partner activity, and award redemption in your statement period
• The latest deals from over 50 Mileage Plan partners
• Exclusive program information
• A link to the online version of The Traveler newsletter

To subscribe, you'll need both a Mileage Plan account and a My Account profile. When you check the "E-Statements" box in your My Account profile, you'll receive your first E-Statement the following month.

Elite Tier Status Qualification This section includes an easy-to-follow bar chart that shows your progress toward earning or renewing MVP or MVP Gold status. With every qualifying mile or segment flown, you can watch your progress?an E-Statement exclusive.
Mileage Plan Activity Detail Review details of every flight, hotel stay, car rental, Mileage Plan partner activity, and award redemption in your statement period.
Travel Partner Offers Shop for the latest deals from more than 50 Mileage Plan partners. Get Bonus Miles when you rent a car, stay at a hotel, sign up for long distance service, or order flowers.
Administrative Section You can change your e-mail address, format preferences, or even unsubscribe, all via one simple link to My Account. You can also change the format of your E-Statement to text, HTML, or AOL version. In addition, you'll find links to our Privacy Policy and the alaskaair.com home page.
