All awards are based on one round-trip ticket between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Alaska Airlines awards are also available for one-way travel.
- Super Saver Awards offer excellent redemption values with limited availability compared to other award types.
- Choice Awards offer Coach travel at mileage redemption levels below unrestricted awards, but with much greater availability than Super Saver Awards.
- Full Flex Awards offer unrestricted last seat availability and will not be subject to change or cancellation fees.

Continental Airlines
Our partnership with Continental Airlines ended on October 25, 2009. Award travel on Continental on or after October 25, 2009 will still be honored, but no changes to the ticket will be allowed once the partnership ends.
If you have a wholly unused award ticket for travel with Continental Airlines you may rebook on another Mileage Plan partner or redeposit miles back into your Mileage Plan account for no charge. For more information please call the Partner Desk at 1-800-307-6912.

Tax and Fee Information
Passenger is responsible for the following taxes and fees on award travel: U.S. Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement. A $25 (USD) nonrefundable fee will be collected per person for each award booked on a partner airline. All taxes are subject to change without notice due to government discretion. All taxes and fees shown are in USD based on one-way travel and may be doubled if traveling round-trip. Additionally To Mexico: U.S. Immigration User Fee of $7, U.S. APHIS Fee of $5.00, U.S. International Transportation Tax of $16.10, Mexico International Departure Tax of up to $33, Mexico Tourism Tax of up to $24, Mexico transportation tax of 3.75% of the fare (all three fluctuate with dollar-peso exchange rate).
