Why didn't I receive the amount of bonus miles I was told I would, when signing up for my credit card?

When can I expect my Alaska Airlines Credit Card miles to appear on my account?

Alaska Airlines Credit Card miles post to your Mileage Plan account 7-10 days after the billing cycle for your bank statement. To view your mileage accrual, please sign into your My Account.

My spouse and I share the Alaska Airlines Credit Card, but only one of us is receiving miles into our Mileage Plan account for it.

If you have a joint Alaska Airlines credit card account, miles for all purchases made are deposited into the primary cardholder's Mileage Plan account. The miles in your Mileage Plan account can be redeemed for tickets for anyone you want.

If I do a balance transfer to my Alaska Airlines Credit Card, will I receive miles for it?

Ever since I got married, my Bank of America Credit Card miles haven't been posting to my Mileage Plan account.

In order for your credit card purchases to post correctly to your Mileage Plan account, the name on your credit card must match the name listed in your Mileage Plan account. If you've updated or changed your name with Bank of America, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-654-5669 to have it updated on your Mileage Plan. My miles were posting monthly to my Mileage Plan account, but have suddenly stopped.
