Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air flights are tracked automatically once the Mileage Plan number is placed in the reservation. It is essential to advise the reservation agent of your Mileage Plan number to ensure mileage credit automatically. You may also present your Mileage Plan card or number to the Customer Service Agent upon check-in (we recommend that you retain your passenger receipt or instant travel confirmation and boarding passes until your flight activity appears on your Mileage Plan account).
Alaska Airlines Credit Card miles post to your Mileage Plan account 7-10 days after the billing cycle for your bank statement. The mileage credit given is dependent on how many purchases you've made during that particular billing cycle, not according to the payment amount made towards your bill.
Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air flight mileage activity is updated several times during the week. The web activity page is updated every 24-48 hours.
Please note: Mileage Plan Partner credit may require up to 60 days to post on our site. Alaska/Horizon mileage activity is not 'real' time and may require up to 3 weeks to post on our site.
In computer reservations systems, codesharing allows Alaska Airlines to place its two-letter "AS" designator on flights operated by other airlines. This means our customers can have a reservation on an Alaska flight and have an Alaska ticket but a partner carrier operates the flight.
