At the Airport

If you received an eBP, you'll need to display the eBP on your mobile device at several checkpoints:

Checking Bags: display the eBP to the Customer Service Agent at the baggage check location.

Security Checkpoint: display the eBP along with proper identification to the TSA agent.

Gate: display your eBP to the Customer Service Agent at the boarding door.

At each checkpoint, ensure the entire barcode is visible, and your mobile device's backlight is lit so it's easy for security and service personnel to scan. If the security checkpoint scanner cannot read your eBP, you'll need to obtain a paper boarding pass from a kiosk or Customer Service Agent at an Alaska Airlines / Horizon Air ticket counter.
