Board Room Conference Rooms

Providing the extra seclusion you need for yourself or your group, Board Room VIP/Conference Rooms* feature comfortable seating, expansive work surfaces, and all the equipment you'll need to conduct business including phones, internet connectivity, TV, VCR, and whiteboard. Catering is also available in select locations. Advance reservations are required. See Location & Hours section for contact information.

To reserve a VIP/Conference Room, please contact the Board Room you'll be using. Upon making your reservation, be prepared to provide your name, Board Room membership number, date and time of your meeting, and names of guests. Board Room members benefit from a discounted hourly rate of $25 (USD) per hour, which includes up to 2 guests or immediate family. Each additional guest will be charged $20 (USD).

Non-members may also reserve any of our conference rooms for $50 (USD) per hour. Price does not include $40 (USD) guest pass fee. Each additional guest will be charged $40 (USD).

You don't have to be traveling to access the Board Room

Through a special arrangement with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Board Room members do not have to be flying to access the Board Room.

The procedures for gaining access to the Board Room beyond the airport security checkpoints vary from airport to airport. Please contact the Board Room you'll be visiting to be sure of that location's specific procedures.
