Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Tickets must first be purchased at alaskaair.com, horizonair.com or EasyBiz.
Applies only to same itinerary, flight number, date of travel, and number of travelers.
Applies only to itineraries quoted in U.S. dollars.
Applies to itineraries wholly operated by and marketed by Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air (Flight numbers 1-999 or 2000-2999 only).
Verification must occur within 24 hours of purchase by submitting the Price Guarantee request form along with a screenshot of the competing price summary page. Verification is not permitted via any Alaska airlines telephone number.
Purchased tickets must be the least expensive available on alaskaair.com for the chosen itinerary at the time of purchase.
Alaska Airlines must be able to verify the other Web sites' lower fare eligibility.
The $100.00 USD Discount Code is valid one year from the original date of issuance and can be used on any future Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air flight booked online at alaskaair.com.
Excludes Vacation Packages and all other discount certificates.

Guaranteed Air Fare Terms and Conditions

Guaranteed Airfare allows you to exchange your ticket if you find a lower fare available on the same flights, class of service and dates of a ticketed reservation. You may not change to different flights and/or dates to qualify.
You will not qualify for the lower fare unless you meet all requirements of the new fare, inclusive of advance purchase on the date of the Guaranteed Airfare transaction, and change your ticket through alaskaair.com or Alaska or Horizon reservations. Credits cannot be processed through a travel agent or other channel.
If you are on an upgrade list and later qualify for a Guaranteed Airfare credit, you will lose your earlier position on the upgrade list and must reapply for an upgrade.
Customers holding a fully unused refundable or nonrefundable ticket, including a Money & Miles ticket, for travel on Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air-operated flights, or Pen Air-operated flights between Anchorage and Dutch Harbor, Alaska, are eligible to take advantage of Guaranteed Airfare.
The fully paid ticket issued in conjunction with a Bank of America Companion Discount Ticket may be eligible for Guaranteed Airfare credit; the companion ticket may have changes in taxes and fees.
If you have a nonrefundable ticket, any difference in fare will be credited in the form of a credit certificate. Credit certificates are not redeemable for cash, check or gift certificates. Credit certificates will be forfeited if obtained or used in an illegal or fraudulent manner, or through unauthorized persons or channels.
If you have a fully refundable ticket and you find a lower fare you will receive a refund to original form of payment.
Unpublished fares, award tickets, vacation packages or group discounts, tickets on subcontractor, codeshare, or other offline flights are not subject to the Guaranteed Airfare rule.
Values creditable under the Guaranteed Airfare rule are stated and calculated in U.S. dollars.
