Outreach & Involvement

Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air are committed to serving our communities by developing meaningful and enduring relationships with organizations representing diverse causes and concerns. In addition to our corporate giving programs, our employees give generously of their own time, talent, and treasure to a variety of organizations in the communities we serve.

As a company, we are involved with hundreds of organizations and causes supporting and fostering diversity and inclusion in our communities, and in our world, such as: Out & Equal, Aids Walk, Make a Wish Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. We also coordinate our own outreach events such as our Eagle Flight Camps, which are held every summer to provide underprivileged students a chance to experience the aviation industry firsthand.
