Rule 190AS - Acceptance of Baggage - General

The provisions of Rule 116 (Acceptance of Baggage - General) contained in the Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air International Contract of Carriage are wholly incorporated by reference in this Rule 190 and are applicable to transportation to/from Canada, provided, however, that for the purposes of International Carriage governed by the Montreal Convention, the liability rules set out in the Montreal Convention are fully incorporated herein and shall supersede and prevail over any provisions of this tariff which may be inconsistent with those rules.

For purposes of this Rule 190, all fees stated in Dollars ($) under Rule 116 will be demed to be stated in Canadian Dollars.
