Change or Cancel a Reservation

Online:

To change your ticket, go to View/Change a Reservation. Select the reservation you want to change and click the Change Your Reservation option. If this option does not appear, your reservation may not be eligible for changes online.

Please note: A confirmation code, e-ticket number, or My Account profile is required to access reservations online. If you purchased your flight online, your confirmation code was included in your reservation confirmation email.
