If you can view your reservation online, your ticket purchase has been processed and your flight is confirmed. You may also request a copy of a ticket receipt.
If you purchased your ticket through an agency or other travel website, and your trip has not started please contact that agency or travel website for information. If your trip has started you can contact Reservations by phone.
Please note: A confirmation code, e-ticket number, or My Account profile is required to view reservations online. If you purchased your flight online, your confirmation code was included in your reservation confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email. If 24 hours have passed and you need your confirmation re-sent, please call Reservations.
