This month, we're pleased to feature the wines below. On each flight, we'll serve one white and one red from this selection.

• Apex Cellars II Merlot
  Savory aromas of smoked herbs and briquette, backed by cherries and licorice. Flavors echo aromas.
• Apex Cellars II Chardonnay
  Pears, apples and a hint of spice. Lemon-lime, toasty oak and vanilla bean on the finish.
• Sockeye Chardonnay
  Notes of vanilla amid bright ruby-red grapefruit and a clean, lingering finish.
• Washington Hills Cabernet Sauvignon
  Rich, black-cherry and blackberry flavors. Medium bodied, supported by rounded tannins.
