Cashless Cabin

Alaska Airlines now offers the convenience of a cashless cabin. You no longer need to hunt for cash. Onboard purchases can be made with any major credit or debit card. To accommodate Alaska residents who do not currently have a debit or credit card, $6 vouchers can be purchased for a limited time at all of our ticket counters in the state of Alaska.

Flights 1½ to 2 hours in Duration

First Class Cabin - Morning flights offer a Continental breakfast service. A First Class Basket is provided at other times. Main Cabin - In addition to a beverage service, you may also purchase one of our Anytime Picnic Packs.

Flights 2½ to 3 hours in Duration

First Class Cabin - Morning flights offer a hot light breakfast. Early evening flights offer a light hot meal with a salad. At other times the First Class Basket service is offered. Main Cabin - In addition to a beverage service, you may also purchase one of our Anytime Picnic Packs.

Flights 3 to 5 hours in Duration

First Class Cabin - Morning flights offer a hot light breakfast. Midday flights offer a hot sandwich and salad. For late night flights the First Class Basket service will be offered. Main Cabin - On these flights, in addition to a beverage service, you can purchase one of our Northern Bites fresh meals or the Anytime Picnic Pack.

Transcontinental Flights

First Class Cabin - A choice of hot entrées for breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending upon time of day.
Main Cabin - In addition to a beverage service, you can purchase one of our Northern Bites meals. Northern Bites fresh meals are not offered on overnight ("redeye") flights. Picnic Packs are offered for purchase on all of our transcontinental flights.

Hawaii Flights

First Class Cabin - A choice of unique island hot entrées for brunch or dinner, depending upon time of day. Main Cabin - On flights to Hawaii a complimentary Mai Tai or POG shortly after takeoff. In addition to a beverage service, you can purchase one of our Northern Bites meals, some with a special taste of the islands. Northern Bites fresh meals are not offered on overnight ("redeye") flights. A choice of Picnic Packs are offered for purchase on all of our Hawaii flights.

Mexico Flights

First Class Cabin - Morning flights offer a hot light breakfast. Midday flights offer a hot sandwich and salad. Evening flights offer a choice of a complimentary Northern Bites Cheeseburger or a light hot meal with a salad. Main Cabin - On these flights, in addition to a beverage service, you may purchase one of our Northern Bites fresh meals, or an Anytime Picnic Pack.

Northern Bites fresh meals are available to and from the Mexico destinations of Cancun, La Paz, Los Cabos, Loreto, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Manzanillo, and Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo.

Alaska's Own Northern Bites® Meals-for-Purchase Service

Alaska Airlines proudly offers Northern Bites, our customized meals-for-purchase service available on flights mentioned above. On these flights, in addition to a beverage service, you may purchase a fresh meal or a hearty Picnic Pack for $6 (USD) or $6 (CAD). Northern Bites meals are only available for purchase onboard the aircraft and cannot be pre-ordered.

Premium beverage service includes: Red Bull, Red Bull Sugarfree, Alaskan Amber, Miller Light, Budweiser, Bacardi Rum, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Glenlivet, Tanqueray Gin, Finlandia Vodka, Jack Daniel's Black Label, Seagram's Crown Royal, Bailey's Irish Cream, Courvoisier Cognac. We also feature local wines from the Northwest and California. On flights to Hawaii we also serve Kona Longboard Island Lager and Johnny Love Aloha Vodka.

Premium beverage service is complimentary in the First Class Cabin, and available for $6 per drink in the main cabin. Red Bull is available for $3 per can.

Horizon Air

An assortment of refreshments is offered on Horizon Air flights. On select flights, we serve complimentary Jones Cola, Jones Sugar Free Cola, Jones Root Beer, Jones Lemon Lime, Jones Sugar Free Cream Soda, juices, water, Starbuck's coffee, and snacks—as well as Northwest wines and microbrews.
