If you encounter problems when traveling on Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air, feel free to contact a Customer Service Agent (CSA) and request to speak with a Complaints Resolution Official (CRO). Our CROs have been specially trained in sensitivity and awareness, as well as applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) regulations. They will be happy to respond to your concerns. Our CROs are available during operating hours at all airport locations.
