Customs and immigration agencies require documents that prove citizenship when traveling across international borders. In order to expedite the security and check-in process, please ensure that the name on your travel documents matches the name on your travel itinerary and ticket.

Import / Export Information

Each country has different import and export requirements for items brought in and/or out of the country such as souvenirs, tobacco, and alcohol. Check-In Requirements

Because Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air are required to verify international documents and information, it is necessary for travelers to arrive early at the airport for international departures. Mexico Tourism Tax Refund

Mexican citizens and certain other groups of travelers may be eligible for a refund of the Mexico Tourism Tax of up to $22(USD).
