Site Navigation

Listed here are the basic instructions for navigating our site. Think of it as your "cockpit training." Read on and get ready for take off.

There are three main areas of every page. They are:

  • Menu area
  • Body
  • Navigation buttons

The menu area is located near the top of every page. They provide you with links that take you to the main sections of our site. There are also menu links at the bottom of each page.

The body of the page is all of the information and images other than the menu and navigation buttons.

The navigation buttons will take you to another page within your current section (e.g. Reservations, Mileage Plan, Destinations, etc.). In the Reservations section they are color coded to direct you to the most efficient route for holding a reservation or completing your Instant Travel (electronic ticket) purchase. Blue buttons are the recommended path. White buttons take you to optional pages.

The pull down lists display information such as destination, time, and date choices. You can scroll up or down using the direction arrow to navigate through a list (e.g. the city list). Alternatively, you can type the first letter of your desired item (such as "S" for Seattle) and it will scroll you to the first instance of items with names starting with that letter (e.g. "S"). You can advance through that part of the list by repeatedly typing the letter (e.g. "S").
