At Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, we extend our caring service to you and your belongings. We understand how important time is to you. That's why we're the first major U.S. airline with a Baggage Service Guarantee.

If your baggage is not at baggage claim within 25 minutes of your plane parking at the gate, you're entitled to a $25 Discount Code for use on a future Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air flight or 2,500 Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan bonus miles.

If we don't meet our 25 minute guarantee, simply see an Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air Customer Service Agent for your voucher.

Terms and Conditions Highlights

• Baggage Service Guarantee is valid on Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air operated flights, except for flights arriving from Mexico, through December 31, 2009.
• Offer is not valid for checked items delivered to the oddsize/oversize baggage claim area (e.g. checked pets, golf clubs, skis, surfboards, assistive devices).
• Offer is not valid for non-revenue space available travelers, including Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air employees and dependents, Guest Pass travelers and employees of other airlines traveling on industry discounted tickets.
• Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air reserve the right to suspend the Baggage Service Guarantee in the event of airport baggage system malfunction, severe weather, or other conditions out of the airlines' control that prohibit timely baggage delivery.
• One Baggage Service Guarantee voucher per qualified ticketed passenger, regardless of number of bags checked.
• Baggage Service Guarantee voucher must be redeemed at alaskaair.com for either a $25 Discount Code or 2,500 Mileage Plan miles by January 31, 2010.
• Baggage Service Guarantee vouchers are transferable but may not be redeemed for cash, bartered, or sold.
• If you elect to redeem your Baggage Service Guarantee voucher for Mileage Plan miles, your miles will post to your Mileage Plan account within 3 days.
• $25 Discount Code must be applied at alaskaair.com toward purchase of a ticket on Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air by January 31, 2011. Not redeemable at ticket counters or through travel agent.
