The Freddie Awards are considered among the most prestigious consumer-generated honors in the travel industry, and this year, InsideFlyer magazine's 20th Annual Freddie Awards were based on votes cast by more than 620,000 frequent flyers. Votes from you.
In addition to our first place honors, we also netted second-place awards for Best Customer Service, Best Redemption, and Best Award.
