In every year since 2002, the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler magazine has ranked Horizon Air among the top 5 domestic single-class airlines. The annual survey of the magazine's business travelers is published in the magazine's October issue.

Top 10 Domestic Airlines 2004-2008
Travel+Leisure magazine is widely considered to be one of the premier publications in the travel industry. From 2004 to 2008, Travel+Leisure readers voted Horizon Air among the top 10 domestic airlines as part of the publication's annual "World's Best Awards." Travel+Leisure scores airlines in five areas: cabin comfort, food, inflight service, customer service and value.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Diamond Certificate of Excellence 2000-2009
In 2009, Horizon Air received the FAA's highest award for the 10th consecutive year. Established in 1991, the FAA's Aviation Maintenance Technician program honors aviation maintenance personnel and employers who participate in training opportunities that exceed FAA regulatory requirements.

Washington State Recycling Association

Business Generator Recycler of the Year 2010
The Washington State Recycling Association (WSRA) recognizes a handful of businesses in the state each year for their innovation and commitment to recycling. Horizon Air was named 2010 Business Generator Recycler of the Year for its expansive onboard recycling program, in which 95 percent of all recyclable materials from its inflight services is recycled.

Horizon Air was named "Regional Airline of the Year" in 2007 by Air Transport World, the airline industry's leading publication.
