Mixed Cabin Itineraries

We've made it clearer when booking an itinerary that includes a mixed cabin. You will see an icon next to the fare on any itineraries that include a combination of coach and first class seats. For more information you can click on the icon to see the cabin detail for each segment.

Link Childrens' Reservations

Now when you book children and adults in separate reservations, you can link them together during booking. Just book the adult reservation first. This new feature will allow you to make a child reservation without using the unaccompanied minor process, and help us see that you're traveling together.

Mix & Match Award Shopping - New Partners Added

Award travel on British Airways, Era Alaska, and Penair have been added to Mix & Match award shopping options.

Booking awards on alaskaair.com just got a whole lot easier.

You can now shop for Alaska, American, and Delta award space in a variety of ways:

• Choose one-way or round-trip awards
• Shop for awards using the award calendar for all three airlines
• Select your desired flights and award type from a schedule display
• Combine airlines in one reservation using up to two types of awards

These additional enhancements make it easier for you to see and combine different award types ... giving you more options and flexibility with your award bookings.

In the example below, you could shop for a round trip from Anchorage to Tokyo using the calendar to view the lowest available award for all three airlines.

Then choose your desired flights and award type from the schedule display.

Award Shopping by Schedule

We've added the ability for you to select your desired flights in each direction, rather than just being able to choose from the flights we've bundled together for you. Plus, you can now shop for Full Flex and First Class awards online and save yourself a phone call to Reservations.

Find Your Reservation Faster

We've simplified the way to view a current reservation or unused ticket value. Just select the arrow
next to "Find My Reservation/Ticket" on the alaskaair.com home page to open up the form.

View Reservation Enhancements

If you are bringing a pet or will have a child under the age of two seated on your lap, now you can see that these special requests have been applied to your reservation when you view it online.

Link Reservations

When your party is traveling in multiple reservations, you may now link the reservations together online. Just click on Link Reservations when you view your reservation and enter the last name and confirmation codes for the other reservations. You'll then be able to see a list of names of travelers in the other reservation(s), masked to preserve privacy. Linking reservations will help keep your party together.
