GoldStreak® Package Express is our next-available-flight service for items up to 100 pounds that need to be there today - guaranteed*. Just pick your flight and drop your GoldStreak package at the GoldStreak Service Center 60 minutes before departure.** Shipments may be picked up at the destination's GoldStreak Service Center 60 minutes after flight arrival. It's that easy.
Priority Air Freight is for time-sensitive shipments that are larger than GoldStreak and need to be at a destination by a specific time - guaranteed*. Priority Goods must be accepted at the cargo facility at least 2 hours prior to scheduled aircraft departure (some exceptions may apply). Dangerous Goods and Shipments traveling on the freighter must be accepted at least 4 hours prior to scheduled aircraft departure. Please tender large volume shipments as early as possible to avoid processing delays.
General Air Freight is the lowest cost alternative for customers that do not have time-sensitive shipments and can wait for space available service. Target shipment arrival dates within 48 hours of acceptance. Goods are available for customer pick up within 2 hours flight arrival on passenger flights and 4 hours for freighter service.
Petstreak™ Animal Express is a priority express service that ensures your animals a safe and comfortable journey on Alaska Airlines / Horizon Air. Petstreak shipments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the Alaska Airlines Cargo Service Center at 1-800-225-2752. * GoldStreak and Priority Air Freight shipments must be booked in advance for the guarantee to apply. All claims must be requested by customer. Guarantee refund requests may be made at the city of Origin or the Destination city within 7 days of service failure. Guarantee applicable to Alaska flights 001-999, 2000-2999, and 3450-3499. Guarantee is for transportation charges only with the following restrictions: Flight cancellation or delay due to air traffic control difficulties, weather or acts of God. Other restrictions may apply.
GoldStreak Guarantee: Alaska / Horizon Air Cargo guarantees shipments will be transported on the scheduled flight and / or recovered within one hour of the originally scheduled flight arrival time. If not available for customer pickup within two hours of flight arrival time, service charge may be refunded 50%.
Priority Guarantee: Alaska / Horizon Air Cargo guarantees shipments will arrive at destinations within four hours of original flight scheduled arrival time. If not available for customer pick up within six hours of original flight scheduled arrival time, the service charge can be reduced to the standard General shipment rate. Dangerous Goods shipments do not apply.
** Transportation Security Administration (TSA) restrictions require you to be a Known Shipper for GoldStreak shipments of 16 ounces or more.
