MVP Gold and MVP members can shop for and request Mileage Plan Complimentary Upgrades at EasyBiz and still receive the lowest fare.
A gold "U" appears when upgrade seats are available for an MVP Gold member .
A half-gold, half-teal "U" appears when upgrade seats are available for either an MVP Gold or MVP member.
MVP Gold or MVP members can still request an upgrade on flights that do not have upgrade seats available at time of purchase. This request will be automatically processed according to the upgrade requirements of the member’s tier status. Members can monitor this request by accessing the "View/Change" feature online.
