Terms and conditions

Discounts:
Discounts may be available.

Minimum requirement:
10 or more passengers traveling together. The trip may be one way or roundtrip.

Reservation window:
Approximately 11 months in advance. The entire itinerary must be completed within this period.

Base fare:
The base fare is the actual price of the airfare. It does not include taxes, security charges, or any other fees.

Guaranteed Fare:
The base fare amount is guaranteed until ticketing if all group rules are met and no changes are made.

Changes:
Substitute group members may take the place of members who cannot travel.

Name changes:
Free up to 72 hours prior to departure. Within 72 hours, a fee will apply for each name change.

Ticketing:
For travel to or within the lower 48 states, Alaska or Canada, ticketing is due 60 days prior to departure. Travel to and from Hawai'i, Mexico, or Central America requires ticketing at 90 days prior to departure.

Refunds:
No refunds after ticketing. Value of the ticket may be applied to future travel within 1 year of outbound travel.
