Minimum Requirement:
10 or more passengers traveling together. The trip may be one way or roundtrip.
Reservation Window:
Approximately 11 months in advance. The entire itinerary must be completed within this period.
Base Fare:
The base fare is the actual price of the airfare. It does not include taxes, security charges, or any other fees.
Guaranteed Fare:
The base fare amount is guaranteed until ticketing if all group rules are met and no changes are made.
Changes:
Substitute group members may take the place of members who cannot travel.
Name Changes:
Free up to 72 hours prior to departure. Within 72 hours, a fee will apply for each name change.
Ticket Rules:
Each group member must abide by the rules and restrictions of the ticket's fare.
Ticketing Timeline:
The deadline for paying for tickets depends upon when the reservation is made:
