Option 2
For wedding groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flights and dates, we offer the ability to secure a discounted rate for your guests through our Group Desk.
Benefits:
- No deposits
- A set base fare guaranteed through a Special Fare Agreement
- Unlimited, free name changes up to three days prior to departure
- Name changes for a fee within three days prior to departure
- No ticketing fees
- Advance seat assignments
- No minimum stay requirement

Earned Tour Conductor Tickets
Free tickets for use by the couple to be married may be earned, if 40 or more guests are also ticketed for the wedding using the approved meeting code.
