Requesting Mileage Plan™ Credit

To ensure your Mileage Plan miles are credited properly, enter your Mileage Plan number at the time you make your reservation, during online check-in, or give it to an agent in person at check-in.

If you use a nick name or a hyphenated name in your Mileage Plan account that's different from your legal name, please call us at 1-800-654-5669 so we can match them. Your Mileage Plan account name must match the name in your travel reservation.
