About your My account and Mileage Plan profile

Setting up a My account profile will give you all of the benefits of our award-winning Mileage Plan™ program, along with many extras that make booking on our site quick and easy.

Children under 13 are not eligible for a My account profile, but may be enrolled in Mileage Plan by calling us at Alaska Airlines 1-800-252-7522 (TTY: Dial 711 for Relay Services) 5:00 a.m. - midnight PT, daily

With your My account profile and Mileage Plan membership you can:

  Store information in your My account profile such as home airport, favorite destination cities, and seating preferences, so you can breeze through the online reservations process. The information you store is used to pre-fill forms. All My account information is housed on our secure web servers.
• View trip details in My trips
  Itineraries for trips booked online are stored in the My Trips section of your profile.
• View current Mileage Plan activity
  Access your Mileage Plan account around-the-clock to check balances and review your recent account activity.
• Receive special offers and monthly statements via email
  Subscribe to the Insider, our weekly e-newsletter, and receive weekly discount codes along with special promotional offers on airfare, cruises, hotel, Mileage Plan partners, and vacation packages.

  Update your personal information, billing information, and preferences by updating your stored profile. You can also view and change your current email subscriptions and reset your password.
