Requesting Missing Partner Credit

To ensure Mileage Plan credit, enter your Mileage Plan™ number when you make the reservation, or in person when you check in with our partner.

If you did not enter your Mileage Plan™ number in advance, or your miles haven't posted for some other reason, you can still request Mileage Plan™ credit. Please send or email the following documents to Mileage Plan™ at the address listed below:

  • Air Travel - a copy of the passenger receipt and at least one boarding pass.
  • Hotel - a copy of the hotel folio or bill.
  • Car Rentals - a copy of the car rental agreement.
