Requesting Missing Partner Credit
To ensure Mileage Plan credit, enter your Mileage Plan number when you make the reservation, or in person when you check in with our partner.
If you did not enter your Mileage Plan number in advance, or your miles haven't posted for some other reason, you can still request Mileage Plan credit by sending or email the following documents to Mileage Plan at the address listed below:
- Air Travel - a copy of the passenger receipt and at least one boarding pass.
- Hotel - a copy of the hotel folio or bill.
- Car Rentals - a copy of the car rental agreement.
