Requesting a Ticket Receipt
If you need a duplicate copy of a recent ticket or fee paid to Alaska Airlines, please follow the guidelines below and contact the appropriate service department.
For Active Reservations
When checking in for your flight, you may print a copy of your ticket receipt at the check-in Kiosk or web check- in on alaskaair.com. Prior to your flight, you can also go to Manage Reservation to access your ticket receipt.
For Service Fees Paid or Past Reservations
Customer Care can provide copies of receipts for service fees paid or past reservations at no charge for up to 12 months after the purchase date. For purchases made more than 12 months ago, but within the last 18 months, you will be asked to fill out a Ticket Copy Request Form and pay a research fee.
Note: Electronic ticket receipts can only be reproduced for tickets issued by Alaska Airlines. We are unable to provide a receipt or confirmation for tickets issued by a travel agent or any other source outside of Alaska Airlines. Please contact your travel agency or other source for a receipt
