How do I make an award travel reservation?
For Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, and select Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines and American Airlines destinations you can book award travel with your My Account profile.
For travel awards on British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Continental Airlines, LAN, or other Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines and American Airlines destinations, please call our Partner Desk at 1-800-307-6912, daily 5:00 a.m. to midnight (PT).
For travel on Qantas, please call 1-800-227-4500.
Do my Mileage Plan miles expire?
Mileage Plan miles are "immortal" and never expire (subject to member's account remaining active for 2 years). If no mileage is credited to an account during the first nine months after it's opened, or if an account is inactive for longer than 2 years, Alaska Airlines may close the account, delete any mileage balance and reassign the Mileage Plan number. Deleted mileage can be reinstated for a $75 fee for up to 1 year. Activity in an account includes redeeming a Mileage Plan award or accruing mileage in the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Program.
Can I transfer miles from my WorldPerks® or any other Frequent Flyer program account to my Mileage Plan account?
No. Mileage transfers from one frequent flyer program account to another is not allowed. While we offer air travel awards on each other's airline, we maintain separate, individual mileage earning programs.

Please Note: This Mileage Plan number is the Mileage Plan number of the primary cardholder. If there are additional cards issued under the primary cardholders account number e.g. a spouse card, the Mileage Plan number on that card will also be the primary cardholder's Mileage Plan number.
