Pulp Fiction
Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction has it all; unforgettable characters, catchy music, stylish editing, flashy dialogue, great cinematography, and an intertwining of stories that is both familiar and groundbreaking. It inspired a generation of film makers, and virtually built Miramax pictures and the Weinstein company's empire overnight. John Travolta, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, and Uma Thurman are a joy to watch, while Tarantino's vicious sense of humor keeps us laughing through the appalling circumstances his characters go through. The Crest Theatre is pleased to present this movie. A costume contest will take place before the movie to allow some of our more daring citizens to astound us with their creativity.

The California Honeydrops

They've taken the party all over the world: on 9 European tours, featured slots at such premiere festivals as Monterey Jazz, High Sierra, and Outside Lands, and recent performances supporting B.B.
