Festivals in Spokane
Spokane hosts numerous festivals throughout the year celebrating everything from lilacs to literature, including several nationally renowned events. Hoopfest, the largest outdoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the country, takes place in early summer, and Get Lit!, an annual literary festival that features famous authors, is hosted by Eastern Washington University Press in April.

Watershed Festival
Set in the picturesque Gorge Amphitheatre the festival has become a summer staple with fans, dubbed "'Shedders," returning year after year. Gary Allan, Frankie Ballard, Mark Chesnutt, Easton Corbin, Clare Dunn, Hunter Hayes, Sam Hunt, Jana Kramer, Joe Nichols, Parmalee, Michael Ray, Thomas Rhett and Chris Young play the festival with more to be announced . Watershed will also join in on their festival family's tradition, with their second stage becoming a "Next From Nashville" stage, known for showcasing emerging country acts. This stage will also host Watershed's "Late Night" set, a fan favorite and festival highlight.
