AntoLin Cellars is a Yakima, Washington-based winery offering a boutique collection of expressive and note-worthy wines that are equally appealing in value. In 2007, founders Tony and Linda Haralson, a pharmacist and nurse in the Yakima community, turned their dreams of owning a winery into a reality after ten years of home winemaking. The couple sources Riesling, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah from Glacier, their 5-acre estate vineyard, and other select sites in the Yakima and Columbia Valleys.

Essencia Artisan Bakery is a unique bakery and cafe in downtown Yakima located in an antique brick building. The warm colors and open kitchen are an inviting backdrop for the wide range of breads, pastries, desserts and drinks they serve. Their breads are baked in the full artisan tradition. They use a long fermentation process for their dough (giving rich complex flavors), shape by hand and bake directly in a stone/steam oven to produce a delicious crispy crust.

Gasperetti's Restaurant
In the early 1800's it was a Gasperetti who delighted the palate of His Holiness, Pope Pius VII. From this distinguished beginning, the Gasperettis carried the tradition across the sea to America at the turn of the 20th century. With an expert knowledge of Italian cuisine they learned at a family-owned restaurant in Florence, Gasperetti's Restaurant was founded. Along with their "secret" Italian family recipes, Gasperetti's offers an award-winning wine list, featuring many of the Yakima Valley's best vintages, as well as wines from California and Italy.

Gilbert Cellars
Gilbert Cellars' winery is perched above the Ahtanum Valley at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains west of Yakima and sits on property that has been in the Gilbert family for five generations. Originally owned by the Hackett family and used as a cattle ranch, the farm was planted to apples, pears, cherries and peaches in the 1920s and 1930s by the Richey and Gilbert fruit company.
