900 Wall
900 Wall's contemporary-rustic ambiance, coupled with its upbeat, laid back atmosphere makes this downtown restaurant a staple among locals and visitors alike. The menu changes seasonally and Executive Chef Cliff Eslinger's appreciation for the use of local purveyors and sustainable products are only a side note to the wonderful flavors and presentation.

Alpenglow Cafe
Alpenglow does not use any canned products or frozen items, and all breads are baked daily. They make fresh squeezed orange juice and they serve Strictly Organic coffee and espresso beverages and locally made chai and Tazo teas. All of their milk, yogurt and cream are provided by Central Oregon dairy cows. Their bacon, beef, chicken and salmon are smoked in Deschutes County. All of their pancake and waffle batters are made daily using Oregon fresh eggs, milk or buttermilk and flour. They also have pure, Grade A Maple syrup directly from Greensboro, Vermont.

Anthony's at Bend is located in the Old Mill district where it overlooks the Deschutes River. Their menu features fresh "flown in" Northwest seafood. Bellatazza
Bellatazza is born of passion for coffee. When in Italy, one would order coffee in a cafe by asking for "Una bella tazza di caffe." The translation - "I would like a beautiful cup of coffee." Bend Brewery Company
Bend Brewing Company (BBC) overlooks the Deschutes River at Mirror Pond. Locally owned and operated, this exceptional brewpub opened its doors in February of 1995 and quickly became a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Elevation
Elevation, the student operated restaurant at the Cascade Culinary Institute, connects the public and students as an integral part of the curriculum. Patrons are actively engaged via an e-survey, where they can provide feedback about their dining and service experience. The guest feedback is then integrated into the instructional process on a daily basis to influence both individual and group learning. On a quarterly basis, students present on what they have learned from the feedback and how they have used this input to enhance their cooking and service skill development. Learning outcomes within Elevation associate with developing confidence in cooking and service techniques, effective communication skills, and teamwork as they prepare for a transition to their career path in the hospitality industry.

Flatbread Community Oven - Bend
