Flight Seeing in Bethel

The area near Bethel is vast and rugged, with few roads leading into its picturesque depths, so the best way to experience this raw Alaskan terrain is aboard a sightseeing charter plane. Arteries of rivers, vast expanses of tundra and grazing herds of musk oxen are all best seen from a window seat. Walk the Seawall in Bethel

One of the best places to view an Alaskan sunset, during the months when it does dip below the horizon, is along Bethel's Seawall. In addition to being a romantic spot to study the horizon for the infamous green flash, local anglers also find it a great spot for trying to reel in a variety of fish.
