The Pickle Barrel in Bozeman started in the early 70s and has been owned and operated by Ken and Kerry Olson since 1975. It is located in an old barbershop - attached to it is an old house that was renovated in the mid 80s and houses the ice cream, soup and dessert shop. The sandwiches are state, and maybe even world, renowned. All are large and made to order with bread backed daily and fresh ingredients prepared daily. Customers come back year after year even after moving to other states. They bring their families and friends to experience a Pickle Barrel sandwich.
