The Butterfly Pavilion & Insect Center has more adventures than you can imagine. Explore a tropical rainforest where over 1,200 butterflies flutter around you, hold a friendly tarantula in the palm of your hand, and discover what lurks in your very own backyard on a colossal scale. It is where science, fun and education come together.
The Butterfly Pavilion features three main indoor exhibit areas and also an outdoor nature trail with interpretive signs. The first part of your journey through the Butterfly Pavilion begins in the Crawl-A-See-Em'. Water's Edge is a popular exhibit that offers two tide-pool touch tanks, one featuring animals from the Pacific Ocean the other featuring animals from the Atlantic Ocean. The Conservatory serves as the pinnacle experience for most guests. Featuring well over 100 different types of flowering tropical plants and over 1,200 free flying butterflies at any given time, it is a special place for many visitors.

Enjoy a 45-minute tour of the Celestial Seasonings Colorado Factory that includes a walk through of the Celestial Seasonings' Art Gallery, the Celestial Herb Garden, the factory, and The Mint Room as well as a tea sampling experience.
Helpful Information: Tours leave every hour and are on a first come, first serve basis. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted on the factory portion of the tour including The Mint Room. Closed major holidays.
