Bamboo Restaurant
If you're looking for the "Real Hawaii," you will find it at Bamboo. Intimate fine dining is still the norm in our many cozy dining areas as are the items on Chef Daniel's original menu. Now we have a larger Pupu (appetizer) selection and 15 additional seafood items including Kona grown Maine Lobster. Rapidly climbing the fame ladder is the Ali'i, Chef Daniel's "Plateau de Fruits de Mer".
