Pearl Café
Chef-owned and operated, Pearl Cafe is an aptly named jewel of a restaurant serving regional cuisine with a country French accent. The massive beams and peach toned bricks of the historic warehouse provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Specialties include bison with huckleberry-zinfandel sauce, duckling with dried cherries and pomegranate sauce and beef tenderloin with port and Roquefort. Fresh fish dishes change daily and local products are used whenever possible. The menu is rounded out with a variety of appetizers, soups and salads, house made bread and a list of sinfully delicious desserts. Custom wedding and special occasion cakes are produced in the bakery as well. The restaurant serves wine and beer, with a list of 15 wines by the glass, local draft beer, a broad selection of half bottles and over 100 full bottles.

Pizza Pipeline
This small northwest pizza chain delivers on the slogan "no one delivers more to your door!" Pizza Pipeline offers freshly made dough in several sizes with 25 toppings including some creative options like artichoke hearts and cashews. Additionally, the Pipeline offers some exciting combination pizzas like their "Pizza Pipeline Sampler," their "chicken fajita" and even "Sweetzza" dessert pies including their popular "chocolate peanut butter delight" and "apple cream cheese swirl." Pizza Pipeline also sells sub sandwiches, cheese bread, an array of chicken products and their own trademark "Tricky Stix" break sticks. They also supply free sodas with every pizza and sub sandwich purchase in an ongoing promotional campaign.

Pomp
The menu at Pomp at the Resort at Paws Up reflects Montana's land and history. 'Pomp' is the nickname William Clark gave to Sacagawea's son, Jean Baptiste Charbonneau, the legendary Native American who became part of the Lewis & Clark Corps of Discovery Expedition in the early 1800s. Though it changes on a daily and seasonal basis, Executive Chef Wes Coffel's menu features everything from local greens and cheeses to elk loin, angus filet and copper river salmon.

Press Box
The Press Box Restaurant, Casino and Sports Bar was established in 1983. First serving only beer, wine pizza and deli sandwiches, the Press Box soon became a favorite frequent of the close-by University of Montana college students. A mere five years later, the Press Box expanded to a full liquor license and a full menu, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also added 20 gaming machines, poker and keno. Since 1994 the Press Box has been continually voted Montana's number one sports bar. In 2002, the Press Box added sky lights, new windows and a smoke-free atrium along with three 100-inch projection screen televisions, 30 large screen televisions and a new back bar and Las Vegas-style casino.
