Ambrosia Bistro and Wine Bar brings the feeling of "downtown" to the Spokane Valley, with internationally influenced menus created by Executive Chef Jeremiah Timmons, featuring exciting pasta dishes such as crab ravioli (chive pasta stuffed with crab and ricotta, tossed in a Sherry cream sauce) and butternut squash ravioli with a cranberry-sage browned butter, as well as intriguing meat preparations, such as herb-crusted rack of lamb with a pomegranate-port reduction, for instance, and beef tenderloin with cambozola cheese and black peppercorn-Cognac demi-glace.

Anthony's at Spokane Falls is located in the heart of downtown Spokane and overlooks the Spokane River and upper falls. Arbor Crest Wine Cellars
Winemaker Kristina Mielke-van Loben Sels is the second generation of the Mielke family to oversee Arbor Crest and brings both education and practical skill to her work. A University of California at Davis fermentation science graduate, Kristina came to Arbor Crest after several years at Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery in Healdsburg, California. Her husband, James van Loben Sels, is an experienced viticulturist. Together these two understand the complexities of grapes, soil, trellising, pruning, irrigation, and winemaking. They also share duties as the winery's general managers.

Azteca Restaurant - Spokane

Carl's Junior Restaurant
In 1941 young Carl N Karcher and his wife, Margaret, made a leap of faith and borrowed $311 on their Plymouth automobile. Together with $15 in savings, the Karchers purchased a hot dog cart. One cart became four. In less than five years Carl's Drive-In Barbecue opened with hamburgers on the menu. The brand continued to grow with an emphasis on quality, service and cleanliness, pioneering such concepts as partial table service and self-serve beverage bars. The introduction of the signature Six Dollar Burger in 2001 marks the latest Carl's Junior advance in the quick-service industry, confirming the chain's constant emphasis on product innovation and a desire to satisfy the taste of young, hungry consumers. On his first day in the fast-food business, Carl N Karcher took in $14.75. More than sixty years and one thousand restaurants later, Carl's Junior has become known as the place to go all across the West for juicy, delicious charbroiled burgers.

Catacombs Pub
Located in the cellar of the historic Montvale Hotel, Catacombs Pub combines great food with old-world architecture, making for an unforgettably unique dining experience. Cathay Inn
At the same location in 1950 Tom F. Eng introduced Spokane to the delicacies of fine Chinese cuisine. The Cathay Inn was dedicated to the idea of treating customers like family, serving only the freshest quality ingredients. Over the years, some things have changed. Back then, Division Street was little more than a narrow road for travelers, and the Cathay Inn was a roadside restaurant on the outskirts of Spokane. But some things have remained the same. Many of the servers are second generation. In some cases, their children have joined. The Cathay Inn features a lunch menu with inviting Chinese Luncheon Combinations and a dinner menu with combination dinners (served with soup, tea and fortune cookies) and family-style dinners, including a special vegetarian family-style dinner.

Churchill's Steakhouse
Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. The loins are dry-aged and hand cut in house by our own Master Meat Cutter to ensure the finest quality. The steaks are cooked in a custom made, top heated, radient broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices. Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings; like fresh Florida Stone Crab Claws and Copper River King Salmon. Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts. First timers must try our famous "Chocolate Sack". Latah Creek Winery
Latah Creek, heralded by Wine Spectator magazine as one of the top producers of Merlot in the State of Washington, offers guests the opportunity to visit one of the most picturesque small wineries in the area. Tile walkways lead through an arched entrance into a large courtyard suitable for picnics or just relaxing. Inside guests will find a one-of-a-kind gift shop and a room-wide tasting bar. Latah Creek's award winning wines can be sampled at leisure while touring the adjoining winemaking facilities.

Lone Canary Winery
Located in Spokane, WA, Lone Canary is dedicated to the production of high-quality, elegant wines that express what is delicious and distinctive about Washington state fruit. Sourcing fruit from some of the finest vineyards in the Yakima and Columbia Valleys, this vineyard released its first vintage in August, 2003. In its ownership, Lone Canary brings together three people with a long history in, and enthusiasm for, the Washington wine industry: Mike Scott, former winemaker at Caterina Winery, and Steve and Jeanne Schaub, local vineyardists and great fans of Mike's wines. Located in downtown Spokane, the production is around 3,500 cases, with a focus on Sauvignon Blanc and red wines showcasing both Italian and Bordeaux varietals.
