Corner Stone Bar and Grill
CBG is the perfect blend of Old West meets Totally Modern, housed in the only building in Ketchum on the National Historic Registry. Wild Game, Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free items are regulars on the dinner menu, a full bar featuring crafted cocktails and an extensive Wine List that's both familiar and eclectic. Kids are always welcome and will love the Happy Hour Playdate on (most) Thursdays, from 5-7pm. CBG excels at customer service and always serves up a night to remember.

Dashi
Casual, local, independent - focusing on local, organic and sustainable products, Dashi is the newest addition to the Ketchum dining scene. The new restaurant, opened by Chef Tyler Stokes, who has a spontaneous, open minded approach to food, has built a reputation the last five years in the valley as someone who cooks with passion, integrity and respect for food and the diner alike. Dashi will focus on modern Asian cuisine with a strong New American influence and a commitment to local products and farmers The menu at Dashi will be dictated by the seasons and the inspiration that each one brings. The freshest, most sustainable seafood will be presented in sushi rolls, sashimi, salads and plated entrees designed to show the qualities and versatility of each individual fish. Local, organic and natural meats will be featured as well as wild game and fowl.

Frenchman's Gulch Winery
A small family owned winery that is dedicated to making fine wines and living their dream. The winery's grapes are sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Easter Washington Microclimate, soil, site selection and viticultural practices are all essential elements.

Globus
Globus brings the culinary traditions of the Pacific Rim to the mountains of Idaho. The restaurant, open nightly for dinner, offers an elegant selection of classic gourmet Asian dishes in a serene and relaxed setting. The menu changes seasonally but always features a wonderful selection of vegetarian dishes, such as pad Thai and steamed dumplings, as well as dishes from the sea, such as rama shrimp and fried black calamari. There are curries, delicate cucumber salad, and spicy beef dishes, to list only a few of the many choices available. And the evening would not be complete without sampling one of the homemade desserts. A beer and wine list, carefully chosen to compliment the cuisine, makes the dining experience at Globus one of perfection.

Perry's Restaurant
Voted "best lunch, breakfast, & sandwich" by locals numerous times, Perry's Restaurant has been a Ketchum fixture for over 25 years. In the summer of 2010, Perry's introduced their own local take on casual dinners, serving appetizers, premium beer & wines, and half a dozen eclectic specials. A favorite is our wild Alaskan salmon served en papillote with fresh dill and thyme, brushed with a tequila butter reduction, accompanied by garden fresh veggies and coconut saffron rice. Grill menu, fresh made salads, and sandwiches are available until closing nightly, providing hundreds of items to choose from.
