Sitting on a quiet residential street in Georgetown, this 1789 restaurant has the charm of a historic country inn. Chef Daniel Giusti uses indigenous ingredients in simple yet classic recipes. Classic desserts are on offer by Travis Olson, Pastry Chef. Both chefs have been nominated by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington for a 2009 RAMMY Award.

The 21 M Lounge is the culmination of the total re-design of the M Street Bar & Grill located at The St. Gregory Hotel, brought to bear by the artistic talents of designer Walter Gagliano. The menu has been re-styled by Chef Ronde Murphy whose cuisine is steeped in the tradition of comfort foods and southern style cooking, irresistible small plates and appetizers are playfully enhanced with Asian and middle eastern accents.
