Anelare Wine Studio
"Anelare" is Italian for "desire" or "yearn for" and it is a fitting description of their low-allocation, premium winery - both before production began and now that the first cases are available to club members. They desired to create a bottle of wine that you would be proud to uncork during special occasions with close friends and family. The majority of Anelare varietals are not available in stores or restaurants, so the only way to partake in the rare pleasure of the 2005-2006 Syrah and 2005-2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is to become a member of the Anelare Wine Club. In Anelare's 2006 vintage, they added a red wine called "Nonna Viola." This is the first and only varietal available to the public.

Anthony's
Anthony's at Columbia Point overlooks the Columbia Point Marina and sits adjacent to Richland's Marina Park. The menu features fresh Northwest seafood and produce and serves lunch and dinner daily. The view of the Columbia River provides a beautiful backdrop for any dining experience.

Badger Mountain Vineyard
Badger Mountain balances a tradition and technology to produce a wide array of classic varietal wines, as well as limited bottling of organic wines with no added sulfite. Visionary and life-long farmer Bill Powers planted Badger Mountain Vineyard with his son Greg in 1982. Just six years later, well-before the word organic became trendy and then universal, Bill transitioned his 80-acre estate to organic viticulture and in 1990 Badger Mountain Vineyard became the first Certified Organic winegrape vineyard in Washington State. Fueled by their mutual passion for fish, the founders of Bonefish Grill wanted to build a place that would take the mystery out of fish for people who didn't eat it very often. Helping their guests understand where the fish they were eating came from and how to have it cooked was their plan from day one. And best of all, Bonefish Grill helps patrons have fun with the wide range of delicious flavors and sauces they would develop to perfectly complement a wide range of species.

Casa Mia
In 1952, the first Casa Mia restaurant was opened in a storefront space in Hoquiam, Washington by Phil Bellafato, an Italian American who grew up above one of the original Italian restaurants and pizzerias in New York. After a stint in the Army, Bellafato settled in the Northwest. At that time, most locals' exposure to "Italian" food was limited to spaghetti; pizza was virtually unknown. Casa Mia, one of the first Italian restaurants in Washington State is credited with changing all that. To this day, the Casa Mia menu is centered on Phil's recipes, with nearly everything still made the old fashioned way. Pizza is hand tossed, with fresh dough made daily in each restaurant, then baked on a brick hearth. Their spaghetti sauce is made daily in each restaurant, simmered for six hours to develop its rich and distinctive flavors.

Cedars Restaurant
The Cedars is a Tri-Cities landmark waterfront restaurant that was established on the shores of the Columbia River in March, 1976. The restaurant serves award winning dinners and desserts, as well as wines and cocktails. Diners can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic views of the Columbia river, the twin bridges and brilliant sunsets.

Cousins' Restaurant and Lounge
Cousins' whole purpose in life is to serve up really good, hot home-style cooking at affordable prices for their neighbors and visitors alike. Diners can enjoy local micro-brews, 12 oz locally raised sirloin, heaping plateful of homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. To finish off a meal, diners can also choose desserts from the bakery such as cinnamon rolls, homemade biscuits, bread pudding and assorted pies, all baked daily.

The Monson family's vineyard is planted on a south-facing slope in Washington's Columbia Valley adjacent to Red mountain that consistently yields rich, ripe grapes.

Hamilton Cellars
The winery dream began on a beautiful spring day in 2006. The couple shared a passion for wine and spent much of thier free time visiting wineries. They were at a winery, standing on their balcony drinking some superb Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, looking over the vineyards and we experienced a perfect moment of tranquility and peace. They turned to each other at the same time and said, "Let's do this!" The dream was born. In the early stages of winery dreaming, they knew in order to produce the wines they envisioned, they had to select a winemaker whose palate and style reflected their own. After years of enjoying wine made by Charlie Hoppes, they were determined to hire him as the consulting winemaker for Hamilton Cellars. To their great delight, Charlie accepted their offer in 2006. Anyone familiar with the Washington wine industry knows that Charlie is regarded as one of the nation's finest winemakers. After graduating from UC Davis in 1988, Charlie has spent the past 20 + years as a leading winemaker for several noted Washington wineries. Beginning first as Assistant Winemaker at Chateau Ste. Michelle in Woodinville, he then worked as Head Red Winemaker at Chateau Ste. Michelle's facility at Paterson, where he helped to create the premium label, Col Solare's first two vintages. In 1999 Charlie worked to help start Three Rivers Winery in Walla Walla, and then he began his own label for Fidelitas wines in 2000. Although Charlie serves as consulting winemaker for various wineries, he has the talent to meld his extensive winemaking skills with the palates of the owners, creating a unique reflection for each winery. Charlie has now worked with them on 5 vintages, and they look forward to the many vintages to come.

Ice Harbor Brewing Company
Ice Harbor Brewing Company is dedicated to brewing beers that they enjoy and are proud to serve to their friends. This quaint pub features an antique bar rescued from Spokane, seating for fifty and is non-smoking. The pub serves award-winning beers along with pub "grub." Local beer lovers can stop by to talk about beer, sample the brews and fill their refillable growlers with draft beer like days of old.

Jack-son's Sports Bar
Jackson's is a bar and grill "where the visitor feels at home," as the restaurant's slogan indicates. Jackson's happy-hour specials keep the crowds buzzing. Serving up game-watching, high-fiving fare is a cinch for this place. Mounds of appetizers and hot and cold sandwiches are sure crowd pleasers, and the entrees won't disappoint either.

Kimo's
Situated on the banks of Columbia River, Kimo's has the latest in high definition TV viewing. Kimo's features a full-service menu that will keep guests satisfied. They also brew their own beer under the Rattlesnake Mountain brewing label.

Kitzke Cellars
The Kitzke family has long been part of the bountiful harvest of Columbia Basin agriculture. Farming in the area since the 1970s, we have gradually transformed our orchards into vineyards. As a small boutique winery, we have developed an impressive array of wines. Kitzke Cellars features a Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Sangiovese and two Red Blends. The red blend, Janaina Sensação, is named after our lovely daughter from Brazil; Sensação means "sensational" in Portuguese, which perfectly describes our wine. Their Upsidedown blend label is an image of their son flipping on his snowboard. This is truly a wine to flip for!
