• If you are not a Safeway Club Card member complete a Club Card application now or pick up a Club Card application at a participating grocery store customer service counter. Remember to enter your Mileage Plan™ number on the Club Card application, and hand in your completed Club Card application at a participating grocery store customer service counter.
