Introducing oneworld Global Support, a partnership between Alaska, oneworld and other member airlines to create expert teams focused on helping you navigate delays and missed connections.

At select airports, teams monitor connecting flights and help you get to your connection. They do their best to help you use dedicated fast track lanes through immigration or security. Global Support does everything possible to transfer your bags to their final destination.

If you miss your connecting flight, the oneworld Global Support team will provide you with updated travel information, a new boarding pass and, when applicable, assistance with overnight accommodations.

oneworld Global Support is currently available at London Heathrow, Madrid-Barajas, New York JFK, Miami, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago O'Hare, Los Angeles, Tokyo Narita and Hong Kong. The service is offered at these airports whenever possible, subject to operational constraints.
