Server Busy/Try Again Later

This message will appear if we have reached a maximum capacity of users attempting to use the website. In the event you receive this message, please try again using the back button on your browser. This will bring you to a point where you can resubmit the request.

Document Contains No Data

If you have submitted a request for a transaction and receive this message, it is possible your transaction has finished but the response to you timed out. We store recent responses on our server. If you get this message, try to refresh or reload the last page and your response should be displayed. If it does not appear, please contact Alaska Airlines Reservations. To verify if the reservation completed, simply provide the agent with the itinerary information you were attempting to book.

Failed To Connect

Several variables can take place if you receive this message. It is possible our site is down in which case you will need to try again at a later time. Another factor could be an ISP connection or phone line problem. In all cases your best option is to wait about 20 minutes and try the connection again.

Server Error

This occurs when the site is not accessing the page you requested. If you get this message, please try again using the back button on your browser. This will bring you to a point where you can resubmit the request. If it does not appear, please email us and let us know the address or page you were trying to access.

Using Auto-fill

Some pages on our site do not work properly when you have the auto-fill feature turned on. If you encounter a situation where you receive an error for a field that was completed with the auto-fill feature, note the reservation details you will need to locate the flights again and close your browser. When you re-access the Alaska Airlines site all fields should work properly.
