If you have submitted a request for a transaction and receive this message, it is possible your transaction has finished but the response to you timed out. We store recent responses on our server. If you get this message, try to refresh or reload the last page and your response should be displayed. If it does not appear, please contact Alaska Airlines reservations. To verify if the reservation completed, simply provide the agent with the itinerary information you were attempting to book.

Failed to connect

Several variables can take place if you receive this message. It is possible our site is down in which case you will need to try again at a later time. Another factor could be an ISP connection or phone line problem. In all cases your best option is to wait about 20 minutes and try the connection again.
